For smaller parts and laboratory-scale cleaning, a tabletop unit may be enough. Match the tank, chemistry and cycle to the part.

Ultrasonic cleaning helps remove residues from instrument joints and hard-to-reach areas. It does not replace sterilization. Follow the instrument manufacturer's instructions and your hospital's procedures for both stages.
